Social Purpose Real Estate (SPRE) for Arts Spaces.
SPRE for Arts Spaces is a 3-year project designed to equip arts organizations with the skills to launch and manage social purpose real estate. Through training modules, case studies, and a Space Lab program, it focuses on supporting small and mid-size cultural organizations.
Goals:
Build capacity for multi-sector and shared-space partnerships
Address systemic inequalities in land and space planning
Foster sustainable, long-term arts spaces
Strengthen sector resilience
